★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First when we were buying the cycle the staff seemed to be very humble and courtous.
But later on when we came to service the cycle the owner and the staff seemed to be very rude. Please do not buy cycles from here the staff and the owner are very rude, the service facilities are really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a Kross gear cycle by paying Rs. 14k last month. The day l purchased, chain had come out. Now chain is broken. Not sure whether the cycle was properly inspected before delivery or not. Not sure about the quality of Kross cycle. Overall not satisfied & not felt value for money. Always buy cycles from the shop near to your house, else you will have tough time for repair & service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible facility, no various payment option and they want to deal everything with cash. They are very much untruthful when it comes to billing. They are cheating country and government by giving wrong bills , modified bills etc. I experienced this recently. They are big time cheaters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner here is extremely helpful.. He understood my needs and displayed a bunch of cycles which suits me the best.. He assured me I wouldn't regret my choice n I totally second that now.. Cycles are slightly high priced when compared to few of the other dealers or Internet.. Overall a good experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cycles. The staff is cooperative when it comes to sales and repairs; they repaired my cycle for free - the tire was stuck to the frame during changing gears.
A tad expensive for kids.
After having had their cycle for more than a year, I am changing the review from 4 star to 2 stars. The cycle is a piece if junk and they aren't able to repair it. Have gone to the store for it to be repaired more than 4 times. It is parked at home and collecting dust. What a waste of money
