★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my mobile phone and when i went for complaint in polic stn he said jaa ke 10 xerox leke aa.. afer that he took all xerox later i said paise kon dega... Then he mis behaving and said dekhta hu kaise milega... Tera mobile jaa...
Very bad service mumbai police have to maintain discipline or should give the training to all constable. And police
Mr bhavaskar 2 star inspector he only co operate with us...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute nightmare of a place. Went there for police verification for re-issuing my passport at 11am. Got out around 7pm. No one is really bothered here. And to top it all paid 3K as bribe. Still have to wait till 7pm.
Things they need to focus on:
1) Toilets : The male toilet is worse than your highway toilets. It smells all the time and the water from the tap continuously flow since it's broken. God know how many litres of water wasted.
2) Mosquitos: The place is a breeding ground for mosquitos. They are omnipresent. Get odomos with you if you are planning to stay here after 5.
3) Seating: No proper seating for visitors, at Max the crooked bench can fit 7-10 people. If more then they have to stand.
4) The building structure: the building is so old and unkempt that it feels it can fall any moment.
I hope someone from higher up read my review and take some stern action and make it a welcome place for citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my SBI debit card at Mahavir nagar atm kandivali west. Where one young boy came in atm where there is no lights also for safety outside the atm.He tried to act freindly and sudden of i dont know what he did and exchange my atm with his card and ran out and no one was there instead of me and my younger sis. we were helpless. But suddenly we called in customer care and block that card. Also i heard that this things happend many times there. later i visited kandivali police station for complaint that whatever happened to me that never happened with any other person for their safety reasons .But the person refused to take complaint. After there is a camera inside the atm that unknown tried to do fraud in front of that camera. Means he know nothing will happend for whatever im doing and growing himself to do more. The aim of this things to share with you guys, just be alert where you go for any cash or bank related work. May be Our safety is in our hand only. No one will come to secure you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Irresponsible behavior... I had complaint against money fraud happend in raghuleela mall kandivali. But this people had 850 cases pending and my complaint was not important to them. 1st experience to deal with mumbai police and they are hopeless. Fraudster are not scared of this at all. They are free to do the scams openly... Very very irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst police station police only want bribe not justice inspector kadam took 1000 rupee and turned completely to his side he has also written my false Nc i told him i dont understand marathi so please write in hindi but he denied later when i asked my marathi friend to read my complaint was totally different i still have the copy of my nc total 4 police saw my sister and her boyfriend taking drugs inside my house but in my complain none of this things were mentioned cpps were abusive with me.they should name it to bribe collection office and not police station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst police station service. Met an accident, filed a FIR complaint against the biker which he ramp on my car. Had no effect of the FIR, because the biker was released. I’m sure, biker has not paid any fine and was released without any warning. Damage done to my car is still unpaid. No use of doing FIR. If the person was died in accident, I’m sure police won’t do anything and culprit will be still roaming free. Completely dissatisfied with the services. This is not 1st time but 2nd time came for help but in the end, I only had to pay all the expenses.
