★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very good and very polite the help for each and every document fill up on 14th February 2020, but on 15th staff is not good they doing personal work during office hours for small job the client aur customer for 1 hour or more. For passbook printing they take 1 hours without any queue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The person who is responsible for opening savings account is very rude and lazy. The post master is also has a very "chalta hai" attitude. I had opened my account to make an investment and seeing this, I changed my mind. When I wanted to close my account, I was told to come after one year. I complained on online portal and still there was no resolution. Please avoid this branch if possible. For one small thing, it takes 3 visits. Very slow, inefficient, rude staff. Especially, the person who is handling accounts. Seems like he is frustrated in life and is taking out those frustrations on customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone number not mentioned, no way to contact them about the address they claimed was not found. Very unprofessional, tracking details show parcel was out for delivery at 1 pm but no one made any attempt to deliver the package the whole day nor did they call my number to clarify address, instead they updated the system as addressee not found and hence not delivered. My parcel had live plants, their lax attitude caused them to perish while the parcel was in the same city as me.

They don't have that much brain. The parcel booked in Speedpost,bz it is urgent and should be delivered at the earliest.
The deliver boy takes that parcel back, There is no one by this name, putting false report.But he did not call even once on the mobile number given on the documents and sent the documents back after making a false report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I'm giving 1 start in review. Registered parcel was sent on 9 Feb. It reached Kandivali West SO on 15 Feb, they updated status with address not found for three days 15, 16 and 17. On 18th updated status that door locked and not delivered.
I live in very prominent address in Kandivali East, and at my home there is always someone. They are blatantly lying. Parcel have my medicine which was sent by my father and I have to suffer because this delay.
Does not look like they plan to deliver or even try to deliver the parcel.

Highly un co-operative when I visited the post office. Careless. Rude. Worst of the people u can find. Not doing their job at all

You people have been very very systematic. Chaos only created by the public. Keep up the great work.

Form a queue by 5.30am.
Only 40 forms are given in a day.
Forms are distributed by 0700 hrs.
fill form as per changes required.
Keep required documentation ready.
Online System starts at 0730.
You can be done by 0745.
Really appreciate the effirts taken by post office staff in starting so early.
