★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's in prime location. Transport , hospital, school market all facilities are nearby. Water issue in society has been resolved. Problem is only with construction of bldg..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly managed and badly maintained society. Some issues regarding conveyance also...due to which CIDCO NOC for loan or transfer is not possible.Locality is nice, but building and society is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to stay. It is a seven story building having two blocks. it is having one and two bed rooms flats. it is near to bus stop and all sabji and non veg markets are near by. Place is little crowd. Parking of four wheeler is a problem if flat is not allotted with. When water cut from cidco, it takes two days to fill the UG tank. meanwhile it is managed by water tanker. Rest it is nice place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently visited the housing society twice. Locality is beautiful as u can find all the daily groceries/meat/fish items very nearby. Also, it's very near to Beautiful shop too, this shop is a mini mall. Stationeries/confectionery shops are below the building. Transportation facilities are good too. One thing I didn't like is the maintenance of the building. It's very poor.
