★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take you money and don't send you the food or medicine for dogs. My dog died because I ordered food and medicine and paid them on 18 April and dint received it till 12 Aug. And my dog died because of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place, fish are kept in really poor conditions. All the medicines and foods looked quite shabby and we're full of dust (not cleaned). Overall I suggest you to purchase whatever you want from another place and try not to go here as they didn't seem legitimate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Infact the worst. I had ordered many items for my doggo from this shop and these people did not deliver it for about 3 months even after paying the entire money in advance. I had a small doggo who died because he did not get the prescribed medicines in time.
Finally after so many calls and msgs this guy says that he sent my package but as I recieved it, either the product is not the right one or it is not there in the packaging itself. You can see in the picture the food is Adult food whereas I needed puppy food. The medicines my doggo needs is Digyton plus instead, he has sent Digyton drops.
Very bad experience.
