★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A store is famous for it's behaviour with customers and the service it provides. Had payment issues and the authorities seem least interested giving various excuses...
I will Never ever visit this store.... And will suggest the same... There are many stores with good collection. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a couple of sarees from Kanjilal silk museum (total bill - 40000/- date-15-Sep-18). Among these one of it was my mother's saree which was damaged piece (cost -> 5800/-). My sister went to the shop(MG Road one) and returned this damaged piece to the shopkeeper on the next day. Since the same saree was not available on that time and due to long distance(behala to mg road) they promised us to courier it to our given address(Behala). After few days later, We started calling and keep on calling them to get the status of our saree that when we can expect to have our saree at home but they did not pick up our phone(if they receive the ph by mistake, they are trying make us fool(like, changing the voice and speaking irrelevant word, making noise).
Today(20th Nov 2018), someone picked up my phone(as per call receiver, he is a worker of this shop) and he promised me to deliver the saree which we requested to courier(attached saree) to us within two days and within 15 days we will get our expected saree. Now I'm waiting their action till then I'll wait and watch.
So, my request to all the buyers, please be aware of the item which you are going to purchase. Check multiple times before billing the item.

Do not trust any one means whichever item you are choosing, don't hand over to the merchant (I'm the victim of this) to exchange your item with damage item. Make the payment and take the bill and get out from there.
