★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unprofessional staff, visited for my mother's eye problem...whenever i plan for opd then nees to apply for day off..
They take 5/6 hours time for opd and sometimes you will get to know that dr sharad bajpai doctor is not available and other doctor will be available... Very very disappointed.
Very poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly Dr. Sharad bajpai is the number one eye specialist in Kanpur but I had to wait for 4-5 hours just to consultant my mother who is 60 plus . Poor time management . Staff is also very rude they just say baithe raho naam bulaya jayega . Worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst eye hospital, arrogant,illiterate staff with no coordination , everyone thinks themselves as doctor, poor hygiene, you need to shout if you want yourself to be heard , I believe government hospital would be better than this private hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, patients come in the name of Dr. Sharad Bajpai but here different doctors see them saying that Doc is taking surgeries only. Also fyi please visit if you have time of about 5hours, because here it's the minimum waiting time. Staff doesn't wear masks & no covid protocols are being followed.
