Mr. Manoj Unandkat S/o late Shri Kantilal Underkat has cheated my father Mr. Rajesh Y. Aggarwal by taking a six lakh rupee (₹6,00,000/-) personal loan. My Grandfather was a close friend & neighbor to Mr. Manoj’s father late Shri Kantilal Underkat in 70’s- 80’s & hence my father knows him as a old friend. We landed up in some cheating matter by third person (money & property matter) in 2012 & were double-crossed by few advocates & then my father remembered about Mr. Manoj & somehow got his number/ address to got in touch with him.
He visited our home office etc in Vashi & after serving a few notices to other parties (for which he was paid duly) asked for a personal loan of Rs.6 lakhs against security cheques which have bounced!
Now he is not ready to refund the amount & when asked gives some excuse of family trouble/ dispute (as they were "UNDERKAT" till 2-3 years back) & some property dispute in Uran.
We lost the case for which Mr. Manoj had been serving notices & guiding us way. Later on some other Advocate suggested my father "You have been fighting for the wrong thing in a wrong manner & you had no need to pay such heavy court fees if you would have challenged the order"
PLEASE BEWARE OF Mr. MANTHAN UNADKAT AS HE IS A THOROUGH GOON. Myself (Ashish Aggarwal S/o Mr. Rajesh Aggarwal) & my mother had been to his new office in Santacruz last year & the way Manthan spoke to my mother was very rough & disrespectful & as things got into a heated argument he literally got up to hit me & throw something on my mother. We literally ran out of the office shouting till the elevators & till the time we were out of the building!
SO CURRENTLY WE LOST THE CASE, LAKHS OF RUPEES AS COURT FEES/ OTHER LEGAL EXPENSES/ TRAVELLING EXPENSES FOR 6 YEARS & ADDITIONAL Rs.6,00,000/- GIVEN TO Mr. UNADKAT alias UNDERKAT
