★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy these days. To get our work done quickly we either need to have someone on the inside or book appointment over phone. I had to visit several times for minor adjustments after 1st servicing. Probably the one who attended my bike during 1st servicing screwed up. I rate it for the standard procedure they are following atleast they deliver with in the promised time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, worst experience today & waited 2 hours for service of access 125.Just Water wash took more than 1 hour, they kept aside the scooty & they completed 4 same model scooters full water wash & delivered those scooters , the worst thing is now "NO FOAM WASH" & "JUST WATER WASH CHARGE IS 300RS". The expected service price is 1800, at last the total bill is 4000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably fine but need to pay attention towards customers. Because I'm the best example. We bought 2 Suzuki vehicles. They shown hell in some situations. But still just fine. Of course we don't have another option of having another Suzuki dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service by Suzuki kanitipudi from first service i said that my bike disc brake have problem now they said simply disc pads and plate were damaged they didn't care about customers my bike is less than 10 months old under 12000 kms suzuki is good but Kantipudi suzuki in Rajahmundry was worst service i didn't see such carelessness ever in any showroom
