★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a bike here in this showroom is a task. The "showroom executives" feel that the buyers are their slaves. We can never expect minimum respect from them. After buying the vehicle they just don't care as if we buyers don't exist on this planet. The "service department" are the most laziest and irresponsible people who don't prefer to have preliminary checks of the new vehicle bought from there. They don't even clean the vehicle properly. There's a vast difference in the pricing of the accessories sold by the showroom when you compare that from Suzuki official website. Zonal manager or the nodal officer should take up the reviews into consideration rather than depending on these people in the showroom. Will definitely send a mail to the higher officers somehow regarding the way people reciprocate while buying and after buying the vehicle in this kakinada showroom. My rating would be zero for the executives and the service they are providing to the customers. Pathetic and disgusting!!! The suzuki showroom and service executives should keep in mind that they are paid their salaries because customers like us are buying vehicles there. Otherwise no employment and no service with no salary!!! You all don't forget that.

But , Actually they are very polite , You can Go once Check the showroom .The buying experience was very Nice...They will Explain everything clearly. Coming to the service , due to the rush some of the vehicles may does not washed well..including my vehicle also doesn't washed well. Keeping Aside of this washing topic. Remaining things are very good..they check each and every part of the vehicle.And gives us like brand new vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my bike at 8 am at service center. Literally they gave the slot at 5 pm in afternoon. I came from 20 km away from the show room. So only option for me is to wait their. After some time their owner came on car. And they become pro level actors.
And main think their is two showrooms in kakinada but their is one service center. It is the problem I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service center ever!! Never have I ever seen any customer service this unorganised and so careless...took three months ,just to get a seat assembly!! And they couldn't do a simple fix to the air leaking from the front wheel!! And one more thing.. when you order for a seat.. don't tell the bike colour because they will order a the same coloured seat!! ... They had one job !! To order a seat but ...naaa, they are Suzuki bike showroom and service center kantipudi ?
