Ppl should avoid suzuki in kakinada. Dealer is not trustworthy.service is more than worst. Dealers trying to loot in the name of accessories and pdi.

They receive well and explain the bike features well. Person named Nagababu received customers well and explained the bike specifications well and gave a test ride.

Worst bike service centre i have ever seen. I have been trying to give my bike for service from past 1 month. Visited this centre 3-4 times and every time I go there, the supervisor says β€œ bikes are full, come tomorrow”. Even after requesting multiple times, they refuse to take the bike for service. I don’t understand what for this service centre is operating.

I brought Scooty. The worst customer experience. You more vulnerable to be cheated. On the day of buying Scooty, I got Scooty without foot rest for that there is discussion. After 5 days, they called me to bills agains half bills are handed over to me. Accessories bills are not handled. One best example is they said helmet cost is 1165. But I got helmets which is of rs 599 as MRP on the box. When i asked they said they gave discount and provided other helmet :). I visited 4 times as of now to the show room but still I didn't get everything like bills and helmets what we discussed before paying money. The worst customer experience and service

Worst service, Technical staff & supporting staff are very worst in service. Labour charges were too high. Final price service is four times to your estimated service cost. Don't go to Suzuki service showroom. Go to other mechanic. Don't waste your money in Suzuki service. They don't know modification/repair they know only "New item should be replaced" for every thing. They will add extra items and take extra money from you which is not needed at present your bike..
