★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst service by kapas boutique .. they commit the customer and at the last moment they change , the owner Nikita is in full attitude all the time, for her the customer is those who purchase in good amount from her rest our useless people for her.. if you belive I strongly recommend not to visit kapas boutique .. they also charge a very high amount for suits stichhing and service is worst too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to appreciate the efforts and hard work put by Nikita in designing and delivery Better than the BEST services....From the front end staff to the tailors/weavers ....everyone does their job so efficiently...I have always felt being home at Kapaas since the time I know have known her...She is equally good and attentive to people who just come for spending time at her studio...Kudos to you Nikita...keep up the good work ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed with this boutique..owner Nikita is full of attitude and never attends the customer staff is super rude..the staff asked me not to visit them because they have lot of pressure even those who have small premises they don't ask the customer to not come, we are paying you for whatever you are selling so don't show your attitude to customers..I strongly recommend you guys to not visit Kapas..they also charge a lot for worst quality products

She sent my suits and lehenga for my daughter very quickly via international courier seevices.The fittings and fabric were excellent. I loved the small detailings she added from her side which made the clothes even more beautiful. She made our festivities very memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On this occasion as the world celebrates Women’s day this review is for the this amazing women entrepreneur I have seen flourish over the years by her sheer grit and determination and has grown the hyper local boutique business to an amazing levels on constantly evolving on some basic principals of high levels of customer first. It’s also a great place to rely on when it comes to getting customised apparel’s for your wife or your daughter. From the perspective of the man in the house - means a lot of peace of mind. It’s probably the only place where I think we have never come out of after not finding something to buy on that visit. Happy Women’s day Nikita. Keep up the good work :)
