May be they think it as their monopoly items.
But actually it is available at many places.
The process in utensils and gift articles may be costly but the benefit of wholesale pricess cutting cost than in single.
The cost acquired from individual is higher than belivable.
This drawback has brought other competitors in market.
These guys need to re evaluate their selling policy and higher turnover can bring more revenue besides Advertisement.

Even the owner is very polite and helpful. The staff is well mannered and so careful while maintaining these items. You should visit the place. There is quality as well as quantity and variety.
