★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enriched facilities like lift upto last floor having great washroom facilities with automatic water dispenser and more.
All shops having luxurious amenities and facilities.
It's not as huge as other malls in Surat like VR mall, Central mall or RahulRaj mall. But it has almost all facilities some facilities are better than other malls.
At third floor, almost travelling agents offices are there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for shopping. Designer Boutiques and regular shops for expensive as well as affordable clothes, footwear etc. But stay away from clothes shops like Pehnawa. Had a very bad experience there. Old dresses and substandard materials but very high prices and no exchange or return or refund.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rajhans ornate is quite like a mall there is clothes shop. You can also find hair cut saloon call hakim alim. It’s a nice building . Beautiful structure and nice architecture.

- All the shops provide top notch products and are obviously expensive.
- Great place for wedding attires. From Raymond to Kora, form Hind footwear to Kajal, it has all.
- This mall has good boutiques also for western outfits.
- Ambiance & infrastructure are good.
- Washrooms are clean.
- Huge parking facility.
- I have personally visited two shops in this mall -
1) Universal Education - Best consult for foreign visa
2) Hind Footwear - Handmade juttis & chappals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This palace is good for shoot videos and photos and you can depend some time here. and there is parking area to..all facilities are available there like .. clothes fast food. Bcz there a mall and can buy everything in those mall

2. Clothes, shopping, cafeteria, academic, all various types of activities can be done here.
3. Toilets are very clean and perfectly working.
4. Basement level parking is available, level 1 and level 2 underground.
5. Security staff was helpful, last time I asked a guard about a shop in there and he politely showed me the directions.
6. Total 3 lifts are available, all working properly, from basement level 2 to top floor, can hold 6-7 people.
