I am Gautam Jain, Secretary of Elected Representatives Society at IIT Jodhpur. I talked to these guys on 5th of March 2020 and they promised to deliver 18 customized t-shirts latest by 13 March. Almost daily I took update about the t-shirt and it seems that everything was right. On 14th they said they will deliver it to me on 15th morning.
I went to the Jodhpur city (our campus is 30 km in the outskirts of the city) and wait there for t shirts but nothing happens. They didn't pick calls and we are somehow connected via text messages. They they said he (driver) is not giving them the right information and it can take some time.
I went back to the campus and then come back to city in the evening. Now these people said his car got some problems and will be there after some time. Later in the evening I came to know that they all are lying and didn't even dispatched the t-shirts by the evening. All these things just make me and my friends never to trust such firm again. Later, I personally contacted the courier company and request them and finally get the t-shirts on 17 March (today).
Also, the print we gave to them was unable to get on the t-shirt due to some technical problem, color was different from what is requested and some words like Secretary are missing from the t-shirt. Quality of t-shirt is good (that's why I am giving 2 stars) but the print starts to come out right from the first day.
In between, I personally felt that guys are genuine and want to do business but here is a short preview of the service above.
I am hereby attaching some screenshots which add weights to my words.
T-shirt in green is what we want to have.
