★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, horrible staff and customer service in this centre.I purchased costly dress ,they promised to fit properly when I went for trial ,they made me wait for 1 hour,after that one lady in reception told that by mistake we have given your dress to someone else and asked me to come again in evening .When I reached again they provide me wrongly tailored dress ,still not received my dress and refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid purchasing dresses from Kapda Mandir. The staff is very creepy and promise you everything. Once you pay for the purchases, they forget what they had promised. The service is very pathetic. Prices are very high comparing with the services they offer. They promised me to gift wrap my purchases on delivery. But at the time of delivery they didn't even provide the boxes of the items purchased. After purchasing clothes worth 25k all I am getting is cheap transparent poly wrap. Please avoid purchasing clothes from there if you dont want such embarrassments.
