They remain very particular about their office time and do not care for clients time.
Looking at this bank branch it's seems to be, their only income is franking and staffs are careless, lazy and latent in their work.
No professional behaviour...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franking Services are available again, and they seem to the only thing this Branch does.
The bank is on the first floor of the "Syndicate Chambers" building on Sahar Road, Andheri East (beside the station). The Google Maps location is accurate. There are no sign boards though.
The Sahar Road is a very busy road and don't expect to find any parking there. Best approached by Auto, Bus or on foot.
The Franking process itself is smooth enough. On entering you will come across a geriatric looking gentleman in the uniform of a security guard who will wordlessly hand you a Franking Request form which has your token number rubber stamped on it. FIll in the details, pay at the cashier, collect your receipt and settle back for a good long thumb twiddling session. There are a few chairs available. You will have the dubious pleasure of being told where to stand / sit by the security chap.
Twiddle away till you number is called by the sour looking lady in the last counter. Give her a big smile and get a scowl back. She might ask you questions about the document to be franked, so, be nice to her.
She will ply her stamp, and push the hardbound register and a grubby plastic pen at you. Give her another smile. Get scowl in return. Sign. Smile. Scowl.
And Ah Ha! Your document is Franked!
