★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased few items and gave some to repair. They called me at 6 p.m to collect the item. I asked for phone number so that I can call before coming but they said no need of calling come and collect at 6p.m it will be ready.
Reached there around 6.10 but it wasn't ready they asked me to wait for 10-20 mins but took more than an hour to get the job done which they haven't touched until I come.
I had to cancel my appointment with my doctor and which took further 5 days to reschedule the appointment.
Overall it was very awful and unprofessional behaviour from kapoor Abhushan.
They must respect customer's time as well.

I have purchase gold chain after 7 month chain are colour are little change looks tamba.
At the time of returning they refused to accept it

Quality of gold is also mixing.
