β β β β β We had visited this hospital long time back for father's prostate issue.Three star rating for just one doctor who was handling the case and had a direct conversation with us. He was really good, polite and kept the patient clam and in control....Otherwise if we leave this thing aside, will not give more than 2 ratings because of the following reasons:
1. The attendant staff named Gagan was very rude and actually made fun of the patient by saying "jab samajh nhi aata to khud doctori kyun karte ho"...I was shocked and was a disgrace but kept mum as we needed and urgent attention and there was no need to get in other things at that time. Hospital should focus on improving such type of staff's behaviour and teach them to be polite while handling any patient.
2. Secondly when expert guidance was required for prostate issue, senior doctor head who was sitting there immediately said that surgery will be required. We agreed but later on thought of having a second opinion and went to GMCH-32 and met the urology head. It was a surprise as the prostate was so minor and it got cured I. 3-4 months by just having medicines which were recommended by doctors in GMCH-32. Want to raise a question here either the senior doctor we met at kapoor kidney hospital was not competent enough as compared to doctors in GMCH-32 or was it just to earn the money by doing unnecessary surgery for a minor prostate issue.
I am still thinking and open for any other point which can go in favor of doctor at Kapoor kidney hospital but unable to think so.
To summarise, this is really unfair and bad practice. Humbly Request the doctors here to please not follow these practices.
Just wrote the review to help and make other people be aware and make cautious so that they can make their decision while taking treatment from here.
Its always and highly recommended to go for multiple reviews and consultations from different experts and then go for your final decision..
Hope it can help others.

β β β β β I was in great trouble due to the frequent urination, painful and burning sensation after the urine. I had urine routine, culture, and ultrasound tests but couldn't diagnose anything.
On the 31st of March 2021, I rushed to the emergency at your center in great pain and Dr. Anshumaan could root cause the problem in a couple of hours and in the evening Dr. Rajan Sharma prescribed the medicine for 10 days and advised me to follow-up with his friend in Bangalore after 10 days.
Today on the 4th of April I could feel and observe the 3mm stone(photo attached) passing out through the urine. I don't have any symptoms now.
I could come personally to thank you but since I am in Bangalore now so writing this open feedback to thank you. Please continue the good work for society for many years to come.

β β β β β Google should start giving option for zero stars as this hospital is worth giving that . I do no give a negative feedback to a business however this hospital has compelled me to provide this . My mother had burn on her leg due to hot water spill (it got poured while taking steam). We were referred to this hospital .Due to below issues ,my mother is still suffering from sever infections in her urine and we are having nightmare .I really wish there is an health authority whom I can report against this hospital :-
1. Extremely unhygienic interiors including the operations theatre and ICU ward. Due to this my mother got infection while being operated .I have proofs for this .
2. Nurse and other staff are very rude and very unprofessional .
3. They are like leaches who take out all money from patient .I was made to pay hefty amount for a 15 mins surgery .
4. Cunning doctors .They intentionally told us not to come for dressing after the surgery so that while doing dressing our self ,we do wrong and come back again to pay these greedy doctors.
Please note this review is not written out of a frustration .I really urge all people to think twice ,thrice before going to this hospital .
Also if anyone knows how to complaint against this hospital formally to health ministry, kindly guide me

β β β β β ??? I wish I could give him zero stars. This doctor is utterly rude & seems like a scammer. He did ultrasound of my brother suspected of kidney stone and when asked for report,he refused to give the report. I mean he took full fees for ultrasound and is not giving report so that we can get second opinion. On insisting for report he got rude & told us to not teach him medical practice. I will recommend everyone not to go to him. Go to bigger hospitals of city such as if private is your choice then go to Max,Fortis,IVY. If Govt is your choice then go to GMCh 32,GMSh 16, PGi etc but not this doctor, he is not even Mch in Urology but he claims of Urology specialist. Check the degree of doctor before going to them and always get ultrasound from a MD Radiologist who gives you full report on paper with his signature and stamp & not like scammer like him.

β β β β β I doctor is very greedy and is cunning, he treat his patients like the project and want to make them penny less. Beware of such fraudulent. His whole setup is well planned and they make you fool very easily. With my opinion kindly never visit this hospital specially Dr Kapoor in any case even if all doctors of tricity are on holiday. He is such a shame on doctor profession
