★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One store which has a wide range of beautifully designed collection of ethnic wears. Not just collection they make customized dresses, saree, Lehengas and blouses. I personally loved the variety of them and the service is also amazing. Those handmade works I fell in love instantly. The quality of material says it all. Before blindly going to big brands which are into mass production check out this store and be assured there will not be anyone wearing the same outfit as you at your special event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The owner Raina makes false promises and her mother has undiagnosed mental issue. I had given a blouse for stitching and asked for a basic design, they could not deliver on the promised date and when I went to collect it they cooked up an absurd story and suddenly her mother started screaming her lungs out. Totally not worth going here. The stitched blouse is a complete waste doesn’t fit me at all. She doesn’t have any tailors in her shop, she outsources the stitching job somewhere outside. With no supervision the job done is absolutely shoddy. There are better designers in the vicinity, who design and stitch perfectly and behave normally with customers. At this rate the mad duo (owner and her mother) will soon shut shop. They do not realise that humiliating a customer is the worst thing that can happen to their business. Most of the positive reviews here are from men whom she has paid money to get them to write positive stuff about her. Utter nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the single most frustrating experience in a long time. I was body shamed and told accused of bringing back “old used” clothes for alterations! Don’t go here unless you have a perfect body!
I don’t reside in Bangalore. My mom got a few blouses stitched for me when I was away using a measurement blouse. Raina, who she dealt with before, told us that we could visit the store when I come to Bangalore and fix it if need be.
We came 2-3 weeks before and needed some alteration to be done. They refuse to take measurements. The lady running the store, not Raina, eye-balled what needed to be done and told me that it’ll all be fixed. We spent over an hour there and ended up leaving the blouses behind for further alterations.
We got a text from the store saying my items were ready to be picked up. When we go to the store one of the blouses was misplaced and couldn’t be located for a good 15 min. NONE of the alterations were actually completed. I asked them to measure me and the woman reluctantly measured my chest. The blouses still didn’t fit right. I was told that it’s because my body proportions were off. Apparently my chest wasn’t a standard size, my sleeves didn’t fit because my arms were fat in some places and not so fat in other places. I didn’t know I had to fix my body to fit into their clothes. I was also accused of bringing back old worn clothes to be altered. They looked old and worn because it was crumpled up and pulled out from some remote corner of the store.
The incompetence of the people running the store currently is beyond acceptable and I was body shamed as a result of it. I’m never stepping into this place ever again. Go at your own risk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave a blouse and saree petticoat for stitching. In spite of taking measurement, they did a shoddy job. Since, I purchased the blouse material in their shop, they were generous enough to stitch the blouse twice and both the times they did a trashy job. Even on Diwali day, I had to sit there and get them altered. I wanted fishcut petticoat style for which they took the measurement. However, I got a tent like looking petticoat (picture attached) that too after 3 weeks and the reason given was, it is satin material. Fine, at the time of taking measurement, no one realized that fishcut design is not possible/uncomfortable to wear in satin material. But, I had left my number. All they had to do was call me to find out, if I was fine with the tent petticoat they are going to stitch. I would have taken a call whether to go ahead or cancel the order. Had I not required the stitched garments badly, I would have packed and given it to the owner duo as Diwali Gift. If anyone is planning to give an expensive material to stitch, think twice!
