★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we entered the lady at the reception was really chatty asking my husband and I all sorts of personal questions UNRELATED to the massage. LIKE where we stay and how much our flat costed. The questions could have been if we had any prior surgeries or health issues but instead She was also being very pushy on the kind of massage I was about to have because I was just not spending enough. I only wanted to try a back and leg massage and she went on about how I should go for a full body one. The (male to male) masseur for my husband wasn't wearing a mask. The bathroom and steam room is one and the place is very small, no ventilation anywhere. The bathroom, therefore was really stuffy for the after massage shower. The massages were not bad in itself, just a few protocols to be adhered to. the bathrobe I rec'd to wear post massage was moist and kind smelt used. From what to speak to a new customer to following covid protocols and hopefully fixing up some ventilation in the shower bathroom (which is extremely CLAUSTROPHOBIC) these things need to be looked into on a professional level.

It has numerous types of spa facilities looking forward to try them also..
Will recommend and the charge for full body massage is also reasonable Rs.700/-

Pillow could have been much better.
Bit small shower and steam bath taking area.
