★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Company Karad Projects and Motors Limited is wholly subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers Limited. Presently, KPML is manufacturing 150 Variants. Over the period, KPML have increased our manufacturingapacity from yearly 40,000 to 1,20,000 for electric Motors with Three assembly lines and 2,50,000 to 8,00,000 sets of Stators and Rotors. KPML are utilizing both Manual and Auto winding process for the same. For other than K’ Group companies, we manufacture Elevator motors and Stator assemblies for Siemens – X ray application. KPML have now manufacturer of ‘C’ Class 130Kw stator, rotor for Canned Motor Pump for NPCIL. Our present range of products (Complete electric Motor and Stator, Rotor) is -1. Single Phase: Upto and including 3.7 Kw. 2. Three Phase: Upto and including 355 Kw. 3. Laminations: Upto 400 Frame size 4. Special purpose Motors like ‘C’ class Canned Stator Rotor. KPML has completed the testing of raw material stability with radiation and Varnished process samples at ERDA. Based on results, it concludes that all the material and the process qualifies for 40-year life cycle. In addition ‘C’ class insulating material is get validated.
