Dr Puneet is a gem of a person by nature and diagnosis he suggested has given a relief on 1st visit itself. We would strongly recommend if any one facing pain or piles issues, please do visit clinic and feel difference yourself.

Dr.Puneet took time and explained us all the treatment and procedure well and in simple words.He was always available on call for any doubt there after. Wonderful experience with Karam Laser Clinic. Dr. Puneet is a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured my wife had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to know about Dr. Puneet Gupta while searching on the net for my piles problem. I was in great pain and not sure how long it'll take for the pain to subside. One visit to Dr. Gupta changed me completely. He's excellent when it comes to treating his patient with right diagnosis, point by point explanation about the problem, steps to follow even after recovery etc. But what I most admire about him is he's a gem that I found. When I was out of his clinic my 50% recovery had happened and within next 3 days I was completely fine. I found all this to be so magical!!. He treats the mind of his patient. It's a great quality of any good doctor. He cares for the wellbeing of his patient. So humble and friendly. You may feel like having never ending conversations with him. If he was a psychiatrist I'm sure he would made it to one of the most sorted out. I'm grateful to God and him for his noble profession to which he's giving his 100% and serving humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Dr Puneet Kumar Gupta for my Dad's treatment, and our overall experience before-through and post treatment has been comfortable and hassle free. Doctor is highly recommended and is well versed in the field, caring, and takes time to evaluate the problem(listens to the patient first) and explains it in a simple way for patient to understand. The clinic staff is friendly and empathetic, clinic is well equipped in a digital manner for array of treatments and procedures planning. My dad was comfortable throughout the laser removal treatment and post treatment follow up and care was excellent and has healed with no complications. I would recommend the one in need to visit Doctor Puneet Kumar Gupta at Karam Laser Clinic atleast once and get a consultation for such a comfortable and class apart treatment experience of piles/ fissures/fistula.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Fistula surgery done by Dr. Puneet, first and foremost he gives patient lot of time to explain the problem which gives you good understanding of it.
He is very approachable and makes you feel very comfortable. I was convinced to undergo surgery just because it was Dr. Puneet with whom I felt I was in safe hands.
He does regular follow ups even post surgery to ensure everything in going on smooth. Even the staff at this clinic is very helpful and polite.
Overall, would recommend Dr. Puneet Gupta for any of the problems he specializes in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best part about meeting Dr Puneet Gupta is the way he puts you at ease and guides you to a better lifestyle and best ways to manage your condition without unnecessary medications or surgery. He is patient, empathetic and gives as much time to his patients as they want. He is immensely experienced and intelligent, but is very humble and down to earth. He treated my condition by suggesting and guiding on basic things and not really over relying on medicines. The clinic itself is very clean, spic n span and the staff is very polite and efficient. Overall, would recommend to any one who needs Dr Gupta's help.
