★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional , unreliable i would definitely not book a flat very poor after sales service I m writing as a chairman of Harismruti flat 176 in total representing their pain , anger and frustration while dealing with karda construction the reason is of course our one time maintanace which they have not paid to the society in spite of repeated communication the total amt is around 69L ,this is our hard earn money .we pay them every penny before possession how could they hold our money ethically not into business

Accounting people seems like they won't want to work
No timings for employees
Delayed project
If you want to only invest go ahead
But if you think for moving ... More better builders are there. Look around.
Its only famous nothing else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking flat in Karda Constructions has been a long nightmare. It took 6 long years to get possession. Their demand letters always contained mistakes - always asking for extra payments which were neither agreed nor as per Agreement. Employees don't seem to last in Karda Constructions - every time you go there you meet a new executive who is not aware of past assurances. A very bad Nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality construction,... Karda is only Name but work is worst quality... Use cheap and light quality blocks such. That even a single screw doesn't remain.... Within 2 months you will definately complain it's my promise... I am really saving your money in investing in wrong path.
