There are two platforms in the station. It is a small and very calm station. The trains run through this station are Barddhaman-Katwa. This is the next station after Karjanagram onwards Barddhaman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Rly. Station is situated at a very solitary place. Perhaps no revenue is earned from selling railway ticket. Moreover after arriving at that station, all trains halt there approx. 1.5 to 2 minuites unnecessarily. A very disappointing matter to all the passengers . The name of this station is KARJANA, not KARJARA.
