★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for an interview once, didn't like much. Could be due to the under developing state of building or due to very less companies in the building. Place does not have much to eat from outside, you will have to go far to have local tea or snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to work because of its beautiful infrastructure. Food court can be a bigger as it's always crowded. The building has stunning interiors. Destination controlled lift has a really bad algorithm have to wait for long time sometimes. The view of Lumbini garden lake from the higher floors is definitely a mind blowing view. Visitors need to park in open, but they have wide area for visitors parking. Arrangement of visitor Parking area is not good. No sun shades for pedestrian. Smoking zone is one of the attraction. The view from the smoking zone is quite marvellous, especially during evening with a cup of tea.
