★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is not good, staff does not pick up calls and is non responsive, reaching out to builder is not possible even though they are new entrants.
Post handover support is not good - many issues left unsorted by builder.
Also builder does not even have office landline number for customer queries if team is not picking, poor service.
Grandeza society does not even have compond wall, this is not professional work, especially for all the money paid by people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience at all. Being a new entrant, this builder lacks experience and most of the timelines committed always went for a toss. You will be at Mercy of sales team which will be in touch only till you make payments and later on they vanish. Most of the times builder is not reachable and he will avoid meeting you. Construction quality also not so great. Lot of members in Grandeza project faced challenges because of leakages etc. Builder has kept lot of things for society to take care. Will not recommend anyone to buy flats from these guys.

Was working with karma Realty, vry bad experience related staff specially from Ho. Even after proper Resignation hold my salary. Not only me some more employees had same experience.
Even not responding call, no rpl to mail, even not ready to meet ex employees.
Not having any kind of employee welfare, also working hours are more. So please think twice before join with karma.
* Karma * What you put out will come back to you in unexpected way.
