★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst companies to work with! Beware do not outsource or work with this company! They do not deliver on time. They lie about doing the actual project they promise. They will try to take advantage of you if u dont have the knowledge of what is going on. If i could leave them no stars i would. I tried to contact them over 50 times and got no response.

Flexible working hours
Salary on time (7-10) sometimes 5,10 days idhar udhar,
Very helpful & cooperative seniors/colleagues.
The most lovely personalities are in Karmatech Mr. Deepak Godhar sir, Prakhyat Mohan sir and Salman sir etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the company in August 2021 and I was on my probation period for 3 months. There were no fixed working hours in the company which wasn’t told to me. I had to work till the work for the day was done and approved even if it’s 11 pm. I literally worked for 11-12 hours frequently. Also there was a a lot of demotivation and pressure but I did not complain. The day the pressure got extreme, I gave me resignation within 45 days that is on 15th September 2021 because of the extreme pressure and no flexible working hours. As told by the HR, it was my decision to work ahead or not as I was on my probation period only so I decided not to.
I patiently waited for my salary for the month of September till October first week and there is still no response.
It’s been more than a week now and all my salary related mails and messages are unanswered though they are read and seen. They do not care about someone’s hard work and that too giving 10 hours and working overtime daily.
The HR of the company isn’t responding and answering the calls. My salary is still not given.
I atleast expected a response from the team.
Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate.
It was a complete waste of time and energy.
Wouldn’t recommend it.
