★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today oct 9th 2018 been there, second time. Why second time. No written complaints accepted. After enquiring with half a dozen of people there I found out it was deputy labour commissioner room 2 I needed to go. This is located on the ground floor, dead end. First time(sept end) when I had been here ,I still remember the septic tank smell coming out around that corner. Inside the commissioner office I met a short lady who was fast speaking and RUDE. She said I needed 5 copies of my proof of employment and a print out of written complaint.
Today when I went there, she said it was six sets and I needed to sign on the complaint letter. She was rude with me as though she hated doing this job or may be her nature was like that. After about 30 minutes I came back to the same spot with 6 sets, there was a xerox shop in the basement, again this rude lady said u only need to sign she can't on my behalf ,her name is Rajani. Later she asked one of her colleague balaji to help me sort out the docs before submitting. . which he did and that's when I felt relieved and had peace of my mind and happiness,
God knows if this will be get escalated, because with the way officers behaved I got a feeling why did I come here?????
Rajani was extremely disrespectful !!!!!!
