★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Processing cheques and cash are usually slow and the token process generally followed in old banks is still in function here. Overall a average bank to have your accounting... The interior was being updated as I review the place and the staff are in there mid 40,s who can assist you ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open account in this bank only if you have lot of time and patience. Lazy and arrogant staff. To complete a KYC it took almost 2 hours. Made us stand in line while the staff is on a personal phone conversation. Still not sure whether they have completed or not as we are yet to receive the confirmation message. Worst than even any public sector bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with worst staff.Today I went to this branch for kyc submission. The lady who was handling this was very rude. She made me wait for half an hour while she was on some personal call. Later she denied to make a xerox of my Adhar card. She asked me to get it done outside. Then I directly went to the manager and asked him to give me a xerox copy. The staff here is very rude and they don't value customers time. Planning to close my account here.
