★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't completely beleive the positive reviews. Mostly the bank caters the needs and has a majority of customers who are non goan. Service is laid-back, staff needs to be more professional than being sleepy like the adhar card executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, So far i have visited this bank 3 to 4 times and always the staffs were very helpful but this time the experience wasn't good as the aadhar card executive was making excuses just not to do the work.
Firstly when I asked her saying i wanna make corrections in my name as it has a small spelling mistake then she said i need original documents to verify thinking i might not have them at that particular time but luckily i had all my original documents and I showed her then suddenly she is like, we don't make those changes and all. And if it was only me i would have agreed thinking may be they are not doing those changes but along with me there was one more lady who wanted some help regarding aadhar card but she was careless and didn't even heard what she exactly wanted. And
What she said to me was complete nonsense as she said name can't be changed from aadhar card (firstly it wasn't a name it was just a spelling mistake in a name which can be corrected).
