★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this Bank is that being a Government Bank, it provides funds security.
While being a small Bank, it has a comparatively small Customer Base, due to which work pressure is very low as compared to other Banks. The customers are moving towards digital banking and the foot-fall at branches are reducing tremendously but still the services they render to customers are very poor. `°
Poor management at branch level is not the only failure of HR policies, but also lack of vision and apathy towards Field Staff in HR department has lead to shortage of Staff in all the Branches, which has been hampering the growth of this Bank. You can't provide better Customer Service inspite of trying your best because of shortage of staff in Branch. Poor infrastructure in Branches and poor utilisation of technology keep the Bank always back in terms of Growth. This Bank is good in terms of technology as compared to other Banks, but still the Branch Staff to attract new Customer Base including the millennials due to their poor services at branches and other interactive channels. Head Office and Zonal Offices don't perform up to the mark.
There is a huge scope of improvement in terms of services.
