★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospital in Bangalore for stomach related problems or gastric problems. Dr. Umesh sir is very friendly and efficient doctor. He detected problem in my mother’s stomach and treated it with an effective medicine. Associate doctors and staffs are also friendly and excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no comments for the doctors. Staff is totally unprofessional. They don't value the time of the patients. They simply make you sit for hours without giving any proper information. They don't answer about any questions about waiting time. Totally disappointed with the staff... Staff misleads a lot...

The facility is well organised and clean. The staff are friendly and always available for queries over call. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Umesh and team have expert skills to diagnose and treat the patient. Good thing is they do have all facilities when it comes to gastro related diagnosis testing. Well maintained, good care from the nurses, and other supporting staff. My wife had very severe situation with UC and the treatment from KGC made her back to normal. We got right direction and treatment. When we were away from banglore, they still supported through phone. Guided and never hesitated to answer our calls.

We were told blood test, went to the pathology lab downstairs, the lady there poked the needle 5 times and could not extract the blood.
When I asked her what’s the problem she approached the senior and he wanted to do the next poke, I told him to stop and approached the reception. I asked to see the doctor to give the feedback, guess what they did not allow me and said the doctor is busy.
My request to the Reputed doctor is , pls ensure your staff is human to people.
They need to care.
This is a honest feedback, many may not even offer this !
