But some people are kaam choor, not doing anything and just guffawing in front of customers.
I guess these guys make money from large orders which come from contractors. So when a regular guy goes there they probably think it's less value for them.
I got what I wanted so 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hardware shop in the locality, I never returned back from this shop without picking what I want. From screws, nuts, bolts, nails, tools, equipment and much more needed for household repairs, carpenters, painters, mechanics and construction ? workers.
I visit there for small furniture repairs, door fittings and for tools. Wonder how they maintain such a wide range of products at reasonable margins.
