★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every Morning Kakad Arathi, Abhishekam and pooja is performed here and visitors can see, its performed the same way as at Baba temple. Happy with the maintenance of rooms as well as dining hall. South Indians can enjoy and will not crave for south indian food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remember this is a Trust. What you pay is nominal and subsidised price. Food (Prasadam) is of course free and this comes from the donation you make there. I really like this holly place where you you feel like staying ins Sai Ashram. Specially I would recommend to stay here all the people who is traveling from Karnataka. You will have some restriction on food (Prasadam) serving timings.
Since, it is not a commercial hotel that’s completely fair. The place, AC - non AC Rooms are great and beet and clean. Sai temple inside Prasadam room is awesome.
You are also welcome to donate devotes food for your special occasions like bday or any such events. Everyday they will display the donors name (Food provider).
I love this holy place. Don’t consider as replacement of your holiday destination hotel. This is an ashram / trust which provide you the accommodation, more or less 3 star hotel type.
Main Sai Ram temple is 5-10 mins walking distance from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took room on 15/04/22 room no 306. Very rude staff at receptionist counter. Ther are senior citizens lack of experience in hospitality. They treat like beggers. The management should kick them to their home to play with their grand children. Food was really good and great. Toilet comod was broken, flush was not working. Fan runs but no air. Really rooms were not maintained. I suggest you not to visit Karnataka bhavan, unless these senior citizens termination or die.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in Shirdi, this is the place for us to stay always. At affordable prices, we have very nice amenities including hot water and brilliant cleanliness. South Indians can have amazing South Indian food and it's all hassle-free here. There is a travel agent right outside for our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked two rooms for two days having faith in the trust name, we are surprised to see the room condition, not at all well maintained. Though the a/c rooms were available, we were denied and given normal rooms. We checked again and again a/c rooms were not fully occupied.The reception people should know how to interact with people, Where as the food section is excellent,hygienic, and well maintained, food is awesome. The staff is really nice.
