★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. Every time the service is done, they talk about adding new ones each time.Do not give the service good, they just want to loot the customer. You will be returned after 10 days of service and you will speak for some new parts and the behavior of the staff will be bad.
The name of the service is given by washing the bike.
Please don't buy a bike from Karnavati Bapunagar..

Sufficient staff with good management.
Visit for buying new hero two wheeler.
But in my experience they took more than 2 hrs for the delivery of vehicle after payment, saying they don't have specific item in accessories.
Also check all aspects, my helmet was damaged so they replaced at time, but you need to check at spot.
And I remember that there is an employee who is talking on call vary loudly with bad words, and he didn't have in mind that there are many women are there, customer are there. He was busy with his conversation.
This is the that give me vary bad experience.

If you are looking to buy a Hero two wheeler, it's a good choice. It's on main road, easy to locate. Staff is helpful and polite.
Test drives are available as well as most of the time you can get spot delivery upon payment confirmation.
