★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best thing about this showroom is, they have very good staffs members, they listen and understand your needs and accordingly makes any suggestion.
I had to purchase Thunderbird 350 (Stone/Mat Black), I had booked it already at another dealer and fixed the delivery date (I was very sensitive about the date), and told them that the delivery date can't be changed.
3 days prior to the delivery, when I called them they refused to deliver the bike on the decided date (They may have there own problem). But, I was in no mood to accept this. I called "Karnavati Bikes" & asked if you guys can do this & they understood my emotions/needs and guaranteed me for the same day delivery.
They helped me transfer all the paper works (Previous dealer also co-operated in this.) and delivered me the bike on the same date.
Even, after sell service is good, they have been always pleasant in dealing.
