I am eating at this place from my childhood and the test is still consistent.
The dabelis are great
I will still warn you before you try vadapv here though they are good quality, they are not as per my taste preferance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best dabeli in Ahmedabad both regular and jain you can get over here. They also make tasty vadapav and have start hot snacks. In case if you want to create same dabeli at home you also have masala packs which you can buy at at store and create magic at home.

'Karnavati Dabeli' is the most authentic and pioneer name for the Dabeli lovers.
Dabeli is basically a version of burger developed in the most western part of Gujarat, i.e. Kutchchh.
A handy, to go, bite sized yet fulfilling snack with mixed taste of tangy, sweet and spicy.
My favorite place for a favorite snack.
Note: There are many duplicate shops with the same name, beware of them. This is the only outlet of Karnavati Dabeli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I grew up having dabeli from Karnavati. They maintained the same delicious taste from last 25 years. I have tried dabeli from many places but never got taste likeKarnavati. Their vadapav is also great. This is the only place which I never wanted to skip during my India’s visit. The dabeli masala is also great.
In short This is my Bachapan ka pyar jo javani me bhi sath he aur budha hoke bhi sath rahega ❤️

Spicy one is extremely spicy so would suggest to try out medium one. The dabeli has sauce, pomegranate, singh, masala stuffing. Karnavati Dabeli Isanpur, Maninagar outlet is the oldest and the original outlet much before the franchise business and duplication started. If you want to have the best Dabeli experience of your life, then this outlet is a must visit for you and you will remember the taste of Karnavati Dabeli for lifetime.
