After ringing door bell twice (with pause of 5 mins) a lady harshly shouted "what do you want?"
I said stamp... She shouted we are closed... No courtsy to even come out and talk to customer.
Since stamp is legal requirement in India and restricted to be sold by authorised stamp vendor, these people have monopoly and hence behave rudely with customers... Government should cancel their license ?
