If you want to replace the medicines or want you money back.
Even though if you are carrying a valid bill they will not give your money back, instead of money back they will give you shampoo cream deo.
Eventually I realise that they don’t want to give you money back.
Please Beawre from the cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Rude Shop Owner / Salesmen. We wanted to replace an unused walking frame for the elderly. We explained to the shop owner that it was too heavy for the elderly and we will instead buy a lighter (more expensive) walking frame. However, the shop owner was very rude and he said that it was a surgical item that will not be replaced. (How can a walking frame be a surgical item). The shop owner was literally very rude when talking to us as if he is the only shop in town. He told me that when your mother came to buy she checked it very well, I explained to him that it was for my uncle who got hospitalized the next day (after buying the frame). When my uncle returned yesterday (from the hospital), he found the walking frame to be too heavy and wanted us to replace it. The walking frame was never used. We explained this to the shop owner, but he simply told us in an insulting manner that we are wasting our time there and that it will not be replaced. His tone was very demeaning. I would advise people not to buy from this shop unless they change their attitude. We are buying from them they should behave in a civic way and not talk as if they own all the medical equipment of Jaipur. I will find a better shop where customers are treated with dignity. Terrible businessmen.
