Avoid is the word I will use for them. The manager chavvi overcharged by saying first they will do root touch and later asked for crown area colour. Hair stylist "manu" no talent only attitude. My hair colour went in 2 days and for root touch I had to pay RS. 3000. On top of it the manager nor the hair stylist choose to say sorry or inform that they did something which was not asked for ya the first place. They did not bother to inform while applying hair colour. Hygiene of the place is another big turn off.

I'm so happy today, affinity gave me good better hair color with my choice which goes to my skin tone n body reflection. Thanks all the staff for cooperation n "Salman" , guy who colored my hairs with all his efforts . +guy with long hairs (missed his name) he gave me great small hairs n actually my friends n colleagues appreciated for that hair cut... Would love to visit soon n again for more ?... Thankss

Have visited before and never experienced such a thing but Took a hair spa here some days back, did not really like the way they give the shoulder massage , felt uncomfortable and indecent. It wasn’t anything substantial enough to make a complaint about it, but be careful when you next visit the salon and be clear about the massage instructions during head massages and spas.

Affinity has been consistently providing me great services , haircut ,shave ,head massage all have been terrific also a special mention about the cool decor , the ambiance is also amazing ,so great service , consistent quality and amazing ambiance what else does one want from a salon , keep up the good work affinity

Went here for a hair cut. The stylist was in a hurry maybe because it was going to be 1pm (lunch time). Even though there wasn't any customer still he hurried up things. Hair Cut wasn't done properly and when I pointed him he kept on convincing me giving some excuses or other and said he has a lot more other things to do after finishing my cut. He didn't even use a razor to clean the back of my head and shape it. Post cut also he didn't clean using powder and brush. All chopped hairs were all over my head and neck!! I had to head straight home to take a shower and clean up the mess. Just for this trimming they took Rs.708/- which is too much. The lady didn't bother to give a receipt and I had to ask for it. Guys ensure you ask for the receipt!! I will surely not go to this salon again or maybe with Affinity as this was my first experience with this brand. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

I popped in to the salon to purchase some hair care and I could not fault the service from The owner itself - she is incredibly knowledgeable about products and honestly felt her service went above and beyond - she listened to what I was wanting to get out of my products and tailor picked me exactly what I was after. Her manner alone has made me want to book my next appointment here - she is an asset to the team. Salons are way out of my comfort zone but I was made to feel really welcome. Great communication from start to finish and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Really happy with my New look and makeover given by karishma. Thanks A lot . Keep the spirit high always .

Recently got cheated by this place. Bought shampoo and mask from here at thrice the original price. When I asked about the mrp they said these are professional products and these do not have any mrp mentioned. I trusted them as they said they will provide me with the bill. It has been almost a month, have called them multiple times, still have not received any bill. I checked the price of these products on amazon and the mrp is just 1/3 of what I actually paid. Even their services are a waste of money. I got keratin done which didn't even lasted two weeks. Got global done, which looks more like a touch up and grey hair have started becoming visible when it has not even been a month. Avoid this place and save your hard earned money. Also, another update on their cheap practices, I opened a prepaid account here earlier as they usually offer 20% discount on their services if you pay in advance and can avail their services later. When the lockdown started opening in later half of 2020 I called them to make an appointment and to check on my balance and they mentioned that I can't use it at the moment as their systems are down due to COVID reasons and so I have to pay for getting any services (which was a perfectly convenient excuse for them), I preferred to avail the services later so that I could utilise my prepaid balance first, but again later in the year when i called to fix another appointment they said prepaid amount has now expired and so it can't be used so you would have to pay for services, they said they messaged their customers to utilise their balance but I never received any such message. Or even if I assume that they did who gave them the right to expire my balance when no such thing was discussed in the first place when I paid it? Also in the past too they have changed their policies of prepaid account as per their convenience and wishes for examples bringing in rules saying the balance can't be used against hair services which I guess is the main service any girl opts for. Please avoid this place, their services are very ordinary and not worth the prices, their hair services such as keratin or global never last long, Avoid paying in advance by opening a prepaid account, you will end up losing that money by their wrong practices and also never buy any hair product from here, there is no guarantee if it is original or not and they will charge you at least thrice the price.

Please never open a prepaid account, the salon cheats you off your balance, salons have been closed in lockdown there has been no extension of the prepaid account. When I visited them in February they assured me of extending my balance for 45 days. Today they unilaterally closed my balance and cheated me of Rs. 5000. Service is also not at par. Avoid, there are better and more professional options around Gulmohar and Hauz Khas.- Namita
