Hospital is good but the staff in the hospital are worst. They don't take care of patients properly.Only few doctors are quite well.

Worst HOSPITAL Failed staff ,First the staff said that the doctor will come at 8 o'clock PMand then we asked after one hour they said that the doctor will come till 11 o'clock PM while the patient's condition is serious, I asked that should I give him some food to eat as , he is hungry from last 24 hours, then they said that wait for some time we are consulting , then one of the sister to check patient she said doctor will come late .Then the doctor arrived .See this Doctor didn't arrive when we needed him but we tell tto discharge then everyone should come to talk PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS HOSPITAL IN GOOD OMES THIS IS WORST.

Stay away from these frauds. They will squeeze every last penny from your pocket. But will not not diagnose the root cause properly. Later you will get to know about it later, when it's too late. My Mom is in severe condition just because of negligence of So called Bloody Dr.Sinha (Bihari) and Rajiv Kutta. Highly not recommended if you love your family members. Stay away from these frauds. Get them medically treat at some good place.

Recently i have been through an incident where i was really helpless at this hospital’s dispensary. My mother is an arthritis patient. At 2 am in the midnight she had a severe pain in all joints and she started shivering and crying due to unbearable pain. I went to the karuna hospital dispensary and asked for some medication help. That dispensary person said i can’t help without prescription. I told him that at 2 am how do i get medical prescription. I am not asking any kind of drug something, just asking any medicine that can reduce her pain or fever that’s it. He instantly denied. Just for a single painkiller and fever tablet i had suffered 1 hour. I called my friend late night and asked for immediate prescription. He texted me the medicines then that dispensary guy gave me the medicines and that was also without printed bill with rude behaviour. That dispensary guy knows everything but not serious and interested to help. Just watching movie in his phone. Such a pathetic person i had ever saw. I am sure many of the patients also suffered due to his lame and irresponsible behaviour.

It was really great experience of mine, there I blessed with a baby boy ?, although my husband wanted a girl ?, apart from that hospital experience is excellent and Dr. Archana Gupta is really humble and experienced and always she guided for best and treated like family. And Sr. staff 'Shobha ji' in OT really inspiring in whole procedure. Service provided in hospital is excellent with maintaining good hygiene. Special thanks to Dr Archana Gupta ❀️

I visited yesterday night for a health emergency and I had informed them I have a Insurance policy through my corporate office and I was so disappointed when they told me your policy is just newly you have received on 16th of march you would need to wait at least one month completion from the date of received policy. And after that one another person who were sitting inside the cabin in TPA ROOM. Told me I’ll send your file for an approval if they rejected your file for any reason we will not be responsible for any loss and that time you would need you pay your whole patient charges whatever it’s. That time I realised these people trying to denial to take Insurance patient they are money eaters. They had took 5000β‚Ή Advance security for some purpose and I had to gave them at counter and they told me this will be refunded within one working day. So after that I decided not to take any treatment from them I asked that person who filled my file I had told him to cancel my file and initiate my refund of 5000β‚Ή.. Wow I was surprised to hear that what he told me I’ll deduct 200β‚Ή of file from this amount and in next 24hours you will received your amount into your bank account and strange here is I still did not received my refund yet I followed up thrice on Their website number twice a time they hung up my phone without saying anything and after that one girl picked up and said call is tomorrow morning right we can’t help you in that case….!!! My only concern is that if hospital having that much issues while admitting insurance patient they should mentioned on their counter that we will not accept. Sounds like they trying me to pay my whole bills from my pocket after the patient check up. Why is my policy for which is worth 2Crore so dissatisfied and I will never recommend to anyone visit to this hospital. Better is to visit any Govt hospital way better at least they don’t treat you like a customer.
