★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karuna should not be termed to a 24 hours hospital. They don't have doctors in house post 11 pm. I had visited to the hospital in emergency last night due to the acute illness that I was suffering from at 11 pm. The staff said that there is no doctor available and advised me to go to some other hospital. In this transition of going to other hospital I could have collapsed as my mind and heart was sinking completely. I requested the karuna staff that I want immediate medical aid, please do something as I am feeling as if I will collapse. But there was no help given. It is very unfortunate that we have such hospitals(karuna) in India where a patient coming in emergency is not treated instead asked to shift to some other hospital due to non availability of doctor. This can cost a person's life. Karuna - I request you to remove the banner of 24 hours hospital.
This is in response to your reply. Maintaining patients ailment private is termed as professionalism that I appreciate. But let me correct you, in the first instance when I visited I was given medical advise either to be admitted or to go home and rest and I never complaint about it. However, this issue was for the 2nd instance when I was told by staff to shift to other hospital directly when I was completely drained and feeling completely lethargic. In the 2nd instance I never got any medical advice or any assistance and my issue was pertaining to the second instance. I would like to correct you thati never "demanded" but I asked the staff for medicalhelp because i was unwell. A n unwell patient will never demand but ask or request for medical assistance so that he is cured is what was my perception at that moment. I never even said about opd service to be there for24 hours, my point was that I required medical help and I was told directly to shift to other hospital. With the medical problem that I was suffering from that night, I had to take rush for assistance from other doctor/hospital. I hope you understand from patient's perspective how difficult it is for a patient to run helter skelter when he is suffering from medical issue.(2nd instance)
(***Also I would like to correct you that 1st instance I came to your hospital was on 30th September 2021 post 11 pm IST and 2nd instance I visited you on October 6th, 2021 post 11 pm IST, I never visited at your place in 2 months)**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly i appreciate the quick service at Karuna. I have got paid booster dose from some girl nurse who was very good on 15/4/2022. However, I noticed on the certificate Amar Yadav name mentioned. Not sure where is the issue from the hospital side. Thanks for the service but the right person's name is always displayed. Rest all is ok.
