★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost pg ever food is now days not it self nice they are using gov rice also only sambar no rasam or curd sometime no chappathi also washing machine not working Saturday Sunday uppuma plz don't come same area many pg are there plz search waste of many 200 population reduced too 100 in a month this is true ask each student's there.

1. Poor or no internet
2. comparatively high rent
3. Small rooms
4. Not regularly cleaned
5. The manager behavior is not good, and also he doesn't know Hindi well
6. Some rooms are leased to external party and no good environment is kept
7. Water problem is there sometimes
8. Never recharges TV, but they said its included in rent
9. Took months to get things repaired like geazer
10. Luxury only in name
11. Food is not good and clean.

ask for 3 chapatis is way more than they deserve,instead of all the pg owner comes to you and asks you to write good things about pg. How will you survive if their is no electricity specially on saturday & sunday. Wifi even won't work properly.i think a single star would be more than enough for rating.

Update-Pg owners are changed.Now this is the best PG in Hoodi and food quality has also improved

2.Cleaning happens frequently
3.Food chapati is good but limited
4.Breakfast is good
5.Electricity cut off frequently in this area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please change the name remove " Luxury". The PG is not luxury pg it's just a normal one, the maintenance is not good. Food is good when PG care taker is not in PG. Frequent power cuts and you can't use most of the facilities like WiFi, Washing machine, elevator and TV's. The cost of accommodation is comparatively high. They provide less facilities and expects more money...
Over all if you wanna join a luxury pg this is not you need to choose.
Food is not good.
Frequent power cuts and sleepless nights due to summer and moskito's.
Pay more and get less facilities..
