★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad & unprofessional.. I called that i need pvc adhar card.. They asked me to come before 1 pm.. I reached 12.30 pm then guard did not allow me to enter as they have stopped pvc adhar. I again called back on same number tge guy asked no you can i made him talk to guard then when i reached counter he said no it does not happening here go to sector 15. I said i called & staff asked me to come here @ vishal chamber. He askes me to call again when i called infront of him & explained he turned back said you should have come on time i said i reached around 12.30 he said no you should have paid by 12 else then i told him but the guy saying that pvc adhar not made here & i asked his name. He said no that guy is not on seat i have just come but i knew he was same. Instead of being apologetic and saying he was misinformed he lied. Very bad staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Karvy, I lost my my mobile phone number, so I need to update my Aadhar card details just I go there for updation process. I am standing in line approx 4 hours after that the security personnel told us that particular computer system not working, so the process will continue after three days. They only harass the people, not working properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with karvy as the employess have lack of knowledge.
They are fraud, this will attract you with lucrative offers.
Thhis very bad and unproffesional on their part, one should not belive their consultant advice.
They just want you to join & open a deemat account.
After the trade is started they are least bothered, they only belive in making money.
Even after calling their service centre, lady replied that we gave you the terms & polices earlier.
Even i asked the person who opened the demat account that we have tie up & only charge .30 per transaction.
But when the consultant told me about the bank nifty he didnt tell about per lot charge.
I dont thing this is self explainatory.
Very bad experience will reccomend others to open demat account with SBI or Axis that way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an unprofessional, Rude and irritated staff, i came here twice for my Adhar card updation and every time i had to go back empty handed as they have set the target to attend 60 people in a day. They will first ask you to come at 8 in the morning and then again in the afternoon, if you want to get your work to be done. There are no sitting arrangements for the public, you have to stand in the gallery for 5-6 hours. When you request them to get you something to sit the reply would be "yaha aur bhi Janta hai, sabko chair hi dete rehenge kya" private company hai sarkari nahi. The dont want to listen to you and try to behave as if they are the only one sitting in the market.
The guard Mitlesh Rai is very rude and would never give you the complete information and if you try to explain him what you are here for.. he will simply walk away. This is completely humiliating and disgusting.
I wish I had a choice to go somewhere else to get this stupid work done.
