★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst company, with vague commitments to customers, illiterate engineers and technicians, they took my laptop for a very small display cable work n promissed me to return it in 5hrs..but then started giving excuses....pls dont fall prey to such companies. ..they dont know how to talk with customers and they might have omited service chapter during their graduation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is horrendous. i mentioned all the problems we were facing and asked them to let me know what the problem was.they stated that i would only need to change the keyboard as that was giving major issues.now my laptop does not even start back and they refuse to do anything about it.called them to report this and they refuse to acknowledge anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite satisfied with their first service and had decided to give my second laptop to them. They completed the job on time, but the computer had become terrible slow. When I opened up the laptop, I realized they had removed one of the 2 RAMs that I had installed. These guys remove computer parts from Laptops of unsuspecting customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware and never give your computer/ laptop for repairs here! I initially had a good experience with them 2-3 yrs back for my laptop repair and then recommended them to a my friend when he needed his laptop repaired. For my friend they fixed the problem but gave him a new problem- laptop audio lost and camera not working. A month back I gave my laptop for repairs. Big mistake! They look like 8 days to fix a very small problem, but worse was they messed with my laptop battery. My laptop was light weight but after getting it from them it felt heavy. They battery used to last me a good 1.5 hrs. and now it cannot operate without continuous charge. Never give your laptops/ PC to them. They will take away the parts.

The engineer who came was experienced and took me step by step of what he was going to do with my laptop. A very reliable company with good people and reasonable prices. I would not think twice to call them with my laptop issues. Would definitely recommend them :)
