Owner is psycho . he hold my collar when I asked about him warranty .
he was asking me write complaint on paper about damaged product .
when i said " ye to tumane kharid te wakt bataya nahi tha " ke kagaz pe likh ke dena honga ke sofa 3 mahine me hi damage ho gaya .
he hold my collar and yelled .

When reported about complaint owner asked for service fee . Also abused and threatened .
His staff run on me .
