★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father had undergone a knee replacement surgery, and needed complete rest and physiotherapy under the guidance of professional nurses. As we are working professionals, we decided to place him in this organization, such that he's under complete observation all the time.oWe contacted the authorities, and placed my father in a single room(303) which is airy and kind of spacious. A personal attendant was kept for 24hours, who more or less took care of his duty.
Now, coming to the cons, the biggest problem is the food which is hardly sufficient for one, and the quality is atrocious! Despite telling them a multiple times to improve the food quality, they paid no heed.
Next, comes the behavior of the in charge of the place Mr.Kanchan, he behaves in a way as if we're stray animals and he's doing a big favor by letting us stay. From asking for wifi password to even arranging something, his behavior is definitely not upto the mark.
Next, comes the elevator services. Well, the lift was dysfunctional for more than 25days, and even after repeated attempts from our end to repair the same, no one really cared! It was this bad that on the final day, my father with his operated knee had to come down the stairs from the 3rd floor!
Also, the basement area was proposed for evening walks which he needed, but because of the faulty lift he couldn't even come down for a single day.
Now, that I see, spending 35k a month excluding personal attendant and physiotherapy wasn't worth it at all.
Not recommending to anyone with similar conditions.
