The shop offers wide variety range of house hold appliances for different brands like Whirlpool, LG, etc. The shop has adequate number of sale persons who are courteous and have good knowledge of their category. The shop offers services in Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Gyeser, Water Purifier,ACs, and Television.
The shop offers very good and price is very competitive with the other shops in Varanasi and online platforms. The shop accepts payment via card or cash however extra service charge is charged on card payments. In case you want to withdraw cash there are ATMs available near the shop.The home delivery of items is charged as per the distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a Android LED TV in the month of October, 2019.
Initially it had a problem with Netflix as it was not supported. The same was informed but after quite a lot follow ups, the technical personnel comes for visits and saod that .y purchased tv is outdated. After again few follow up the issue was resolved.
Now comes the display problem from the month of March. Due to lockdown I was quite as all the relevant stuffs was closed, but I messages the sales person whom we had dealt with while purchasing.
Now it's also a month and only I have to wait.
In this way a year will end and I will get a response that my tv warranty is expired.
I think it's a big mistake from my end that I went to Kashika instead of Yeti and 2nd mistake is I bought Lloyd instead of Sony.
I hope someone reacts on my message as I will file a case against Kashika on consumer court.

We are buying home appliances for many years from this shop.
Just bought another Lloyed AC. Staff is well behaved and polite.
You can on the mobile number of shop and enquire about the product availability before visiting the place.
Staff will suggest good product and will also be providing good discount.
Rates of all products are moderate.
There is a little problem for parking if you are coming in car during rush hours otherwise you can park your car in front of the shop.
