Purchased a Sony TV from their dealership which installed next day. TV worked fine for first three days, on fourth day of its installation it turned off suddenly and didn't work at all. Contacted the sales person, who came and saw everything externally and told they cannot do anything. Once it is installed only Service Center can involve in the matter.
What is their responsibility ....
Appears they sold me a defective piece in an intact box ...
